Historical Insights.
This wonderful dwelling, rich in history, is a farmhouse dating back to the early 18th century, formerly owned by the noble Brambilla family, particularly Giovanni Alessandro Brambilla, the chief physician of the Austrian Royal Family. He founded the important University Library of Pavia, "The Josephine Academy" in Vienna, the world's first school of surgery, and the parish church of San Zenone, dedicated to Saint Bartholomew.

Location.
The ancient farmhouse is located in the charming hills of the Oltrepò Pavese, in San Zenone al Po in the province of Pavia. It is a small and charming village crossed by the Olona river, where you can find essential services such as bars, a pharmacy, a typical grocery store, and a small church with a bell tower visible from the farmhouse. The area is characterized by walks along the riverbanks, especially the Po River, and it serves as an excellent hub between Milan, Mantua, Genoa, Venice, and Turin.

The ancient residence is ideal for personalized events or stays for up to a maximum of 11 people, and it is composed as follows:

On the ground floor, there is a large entrance hall with two grand reception rooms, TV, fireplaces, a dining room, a professional kitchen, and a guest bathroom.

Bedrooms on the first floor:

- Dani master bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom;
- Fede quadruple room with a double bed and an adjoining room with 2 single beds;
- Richi triple room with a double bed and a single bed;
- Bigi double room with a double bed;

Bathrooms in the sleeping area.
3 large bathrooms, each with a bathtub and shower, bidet, sinks, and marble countertops. One of the bathrooms features wooden ceilings.

The exterior of Casale Brambilla consists of 2 large gardens in the direction of the main entrance and 1 large garden at the back of the farmhouse, making a total of 2500 sqm of gardens.
